Introduction
Critical system thinking is the framework which reflects the practice based philosophy and creative system thinking. The aim of the critical systems thinking is to enhance the reflective proficiency not only decision-makers and well-trained professionals but also of common people. The reflective practice cannot be protected by only theoretical means, it also requires the discovery of new tools introduced into practice. And lastly the systems thinking can provide us with a useful preliminary point for understanding the methodological necessities of such an approach to reflective practice. (Ulrich 1983). It is the process that absorbs the assessment of the application. The aim of a critical thinking intervention is to aid the organization more astutely, effectively and quickly. The system of critical thinking consists of the procedures that promote the exact application of that assessment to organization issues. This phenomenon needs to be made an accepted and natural part of the organization’s culture so the issues require the attention which can be recognized and determined.
To create systems, one way is to embed such thinking in the organizational culture.
